Although this urn is made by hand to order, we still offer the possibility of return under certain conditions, despite the customization.
Return is possible within 14 days of receipt, provided that the urn:
- Undamaged is
- Does not contain, or has been placed, any cremation ashes
- In original condition and packaging will be returned
Urns in which cremation ashes have been placed or processed cannot be returned. In the event of a valid return, the purchase amount will be refunded via Bol.com.
