These glass urns are manufactured with care and craftsmanship, with the glass being processed and adapted to the wishes of the next of kin.
Please note, you cannot fill this urn yourself at home, but it is handmade for you by Jet!

Specific description:

This resin memorial statue symbolizes “Love, Connection and Security”. The statue consists of 2 hands, one of which is a baby/child’s hand holding an adult hand. The adult hand also forms a safe and secure heart at the same time. A star of glass is mounted on the statue where the cremation ashes are permanently processed/melted into the glass, This technique is done by means of glass blowing. No cremation ashes can be placed in the statue itself.

The size of this star is approximately 3x3cm (because the star is handmade, this size may differ by a few mm).
The star is attached to the image by means of a mounting system and can also be turned away from the image to be able to hold, for example.

After receiving the cremation ashes, I will work with great care on your memory image. If you would like a different color star, you can indicate this after your order and we can look at the possibilities in consultation.

Delivery:

After placing your order, I will contact you by email to send you a free digital shipping label and an information mail, with which you can send (a very small amount) of cremation ashes to me. An amount of 2 teaspoons of cremation ashes is enough for this.
For customers outside the Netherlands, it is not possible for me to request this digital shipping label.
A foreign shipping stamp to send the cremation ashes to me cannot be reimbursed by me. But I would like to give you tips on how you can also send the cremation ashes to me from abroad.


Free shipping of the ordered reminder item to you does apply to everyone. The shipping label for the cremation ashes is a label for a letterbox package from DHL that arrives directly at my doorstep, and you can track and trace it.
You can return the letterbox package with the cremation ashes free of charge at a DHL drop-off point within 5 working days.

In the information mail I will also explain what dimensions the letterbox package must meet and which nearest drop-off point you have in the area.

A safe and trackable transport has always been guaranteed to date, but we cannot take responsibility if this unexpectedly goes wrong with the carrier.
