Specific description:
This memory image symbolizes “With a tender kiss I release you”. Here there is a blue butterfly of glass on the resin statue. A mini urn is mounted on the butterfly. In this mini urn of blue transparent glass, the cremation ashes are processed / melted into the glass by the technique of glass blowing. No cremation ashes can be placed in the statue itself. The mini urn is placed on the butterfly by means of a mounting system. If something ever happens to the butterfly or the statue, the mini urn can always be turned away from the butterfly and possibly placed on a new butterfly. The butterfly and the statue are delivered separately in 1 package. This is because of protection during transport.
You can place the butterfly on the statue yourself upon arrival using the supplied manual. The butterfly is attached to the hand of the statue by means of very strong transparent tape. The butterfly and the statue are already prepared so that it is a simple action for you. If you would like a different color for the mini urn, you can indicate this after your order and the possibilities can be looked at in consultation.
Delivery:
After placing your order, I will contact you by email to send you a free digital shipping label and an information mail, with which you can send (a very small amount) of cremation ashes to me. An amount of 2 teaspoons of cremation ashes is enough for this.
For customers outside the Netherlands, it is not possible for me to request this digital shipping label.
A foreign shipping stamp to send the cremation ashes to me cannot be reimbursed by me. But I would like to give you tips on how you can also send the cremation ashes to me from abroad.
Free shipping of the ordered reminder item to you does apply to everyone. The shipping label for the cremation ashes is a label for a letterbox package from DHL that arrives directly at my doorstep, and you can track and trace it.
You can return the letterbox package with the cremation ashes free of charge at a DHL drop-off point within 5 working days.
In the information mail I will also explain what dimensions the letterbox package must meet and which nearest drop-off point you have in the area.
A safe and trackable transport has always been guaranteed to date, but we cannot take responsibility if this unexpectedly goes wrong with the carrier.
