STEP 1 – CHOOSE YOUR MEMORIAL JEWELLERY
Find a memorial piece that matches the style and personality of the person you want to remember, and that reflects the image you wish to express yourself.
Whether you choose a bold leather bracelet, a subtle piece containing cremation ashes, or a charm that can hold a lock of hair – your choice reflects a unique memory.
In our collection, you’ll find elegant designs that are custom-made with respect, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
STEP 2 – SEND A SMALL AMOUNT OF CREMATION ASHES OR A LOCK OF HAIR
After placing your order, you will receive a personal email from me with clear instructions on how to safely and hygienically send a small amount of cremation ashes or a lock of hair.
I will guide you step by step on how to package and send it properly using DHL letterbox parcel post, which you can drop off at a nearby DHL service point.
For customers in the Netherlands, I will email a digital shipping label that allows you to send the parcel with track & trace, so you can easily follow your shipment. The letterbox parcel will be delivered neatly to my studio via your mailbox.
For shipments from outside the Netherlands, I unfortunately cannot provide a shipping label, and these shipping costs are not reimbursed. However, you will still receive detailed instructions to ensure that the ashes or hair are sent to me as safely as possible.
Only a small amount of cremation ashes is needed to create a memorial piece (about 2 teaspoons). For a lock of hair, a strand approximately 5 cm long and about the thickness of a pencil is sufficient.
All cremation ashes and hair are handled with the utmost care, respect, and discretion in my studio.
As soon as everything has arrived safely, I will personally let you know.
STEP 3 – RECEIVE A UNIQUE AND PERSONAL PIECE OF JEWELLERY
Once the cremation ashes or lock of hair have arrived at my studio, I will carefully begin crafting your memorial piece.
Each item is handmade and fully tailored to your chosen design and material.
The standard production time is approximately 8 working days from the moment I receive the ashes or hair.
If the production time is expected to be longer due to any circumstances, this will be clearly communicated in advance or directly after placing your order — giving you the opportunity to reconsider if needed.
You will receive a unique, handcrafted piece of jewellery that not only symbolizes remembrance and love, but can be worn with pride or kept safely as a cherished keepsake.
A tangible form of connection – discreet, elegant, and made with care.
The memorial piece will be returned to you together with any remaining ashes or hair.
Shipping is done via DHL letterbox parcel post with track & trace, so you can easily follow your delivery.
Because the parcel fits through the letterbox, you don’t need to be home to receive it.
