Disclaimer for Cremation Ash and the Transport of Glass Items

This disclaimer concerns the processing, transport, and delivery of cremation ashes in the form of glass objects.

1. Cremation Ashes
   Cremation ashes are handled with great care and processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We make every effort to treat the ashes with the utmost respect and attention.
2. Transport of Cremation Ashes
   Cremation ashes are shipped using certified and recognised delivery services. While we strive to ensure the ashes are delivered safely and on time, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or delay that may occur during transport.
3. Shipping of Glass Items
   Glass objects made with cremation ashes are carefully crafted and packaged with the greatest care. However, there are always risks during shipping, such as breakage or damage. We recommend that you inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt.
4. Claims
   If you experience an issue with your order (e.g. damage or loss), please notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt. We will do our best to assist you and provide a suitable solution, but we are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.
5. No Responsibility for Loss
   We are not responsible for any loss or damage to cremation ashes or glass items during transport. Customers are advised to take out appropriate insurance if necessary.
